Mission
Empowering the girl child to attain self-reliance, Economic stability & financial Independence through career guidance, fostering financial literacy, Talent development and Skills enhancement to enable them to explore all their God-given talents and abilities without any limitations relating to sex, family background, culture, religion, faith and tribe.
Vision
To become the leading Organization in supporting the girl child to explore & exercise their abilities and talents to achieve self sustainability, bearing in mind that an opportunity given to a girl is an opportunity given to the nation.
Goals
a) To empower young girls and women with financial literacy
b) To equip women with different business skills that will help them acquire an income.
c) To sensitize young girls against life destroying habits and practices like drug abuse, Teenage pregnancies, early marriages and Dropping out of school.
d) To empower and Support girls to identify, grow and enhance their God given talents.
e) To provide opportunities for career development for the girl child in Uganda
f) To Identify different opportunities that can benefit a girl child
g) To corporate and work together with different Organizations that have similar goals with us.
Objectives
- To empower girls and young women to become self-reliant and financially independent through creative skills and entrepreneurship.
- To promote girl child education and reduce school dropouts by providing scholastic materials and mentorship.
- To build awareness on issues affecting girls such as early marriages, teenage pregnancies, drug abuse, and gender-based violence.
- To enhance access to menstrual hygiene education and provide sanitary support to girls in rural and urban areas.
- To identify and nurture talents in music, arts, fashion, and design as a tool for economic empowerment.
- To offer training in life skills, business management, and financial literacy for income generation.
- To support and mentor young women through personal development and leadership programs.
- To collaborate with stakeholders, communities, and institutions to advance gender equality and girls’ rights.
- To create platforms for girls to express themselves, share their stories, and influence positive change.
- To advocate for policies and programs that support the well-being, education, and empowerment of girls and young women.
